We present you chef Leo from Bangkok – Thailand. He brings detail, texture, colour, taste and flavour to Thai Food. The Thai Beach Club is distinguished by its unique combination of exotic Thai and traditional Mediterranean cuisine coupled with its idyllic location. Chef Leo lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. He is known for his complex interplay of at least three and up to four or five fundamental taste senses in each dish and the overall meal: sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy all come into play.
